We do not recommend you use it for swimming or scuba diving. Water resistance to 10m in the industry is accepted as being suitable for rain and heavy splashing etc. It is confusing I know, but these are the industry standards. To protect the silicon seal, do not submerge your watch in hot water or wear in a hot shower. The problem with warm water is that the rubber seals begin to “melt” after temperature of 45 degrees and the risk of water getting in becomes that much greater.

The watch contains precision electronic components. To ensure the best wear, please follow these guidelines:

- Avoid leaving your watch in any extremes for long periods of time e.g. direct sunlight, extremely warm or cold conditions.
